Recent Projects
Crescenta Commons
La Crescenta Commons located at the corner of Rosemond and Orange Avenue. This area was formerly a weedy, overgrown, vacant lot that has been transformed to quiet, mini-park for parents, children, and community members, to meet, greet, and reflect. Thanks to the Crescenta Valley Town Council, Robbyn Battles, Architect Ines Chessum, landscape designer and contractor Edward Ordookhanian, and many town council and community volunteers, this land has been transformed. We were fortunate to work closely with this group to provide landscape guidance, reflection, and hard work.
Habitat for Humanity
Creative Concepts Landscape Management recently completed landscape for Habitats Chestnut Glendale homes. The three homes featured individual garden space, community space, and a small community garden. This project received a beautification award, which we were proud to have a hand in. All of the landscaping is sustainable and native plant material.

- Work on a Habitat construction site sharing experience from all backgrounds to build
- Serve as a crew leader or house leader to help lead the construction site progress
- Be a hospitality worker who helps greet and register volunteers
- Join a committee or our Board of Directors
- Offer your professional skills pro-bono
- Arrange for gifts-in-kind of needed construction material
- Ask your employer to sponsor a Corporate Build Day
- Make arrangements to celebrate your special occasions at the Chestnut build sit
